Annual Conference- Clearwater Beach, FL

The 2025 SAA Conference, held at the beautiful SandPearl Resort in Clearwater Beach, Florida, delivered a wide range of panel discussions and speakers. The business portion of the meeting opened with remarks from Art Hogan, Chief Market Strategist at B Riley Wealth Management. Panel discussions included a dedicated UIT/Closed-End Fund Discussion moderated by Jay Park, featuring professionals from Raymond James UIT Trading, First Trust, iCapital, Aberdeen, and CRC/Tradeport. The Buy-Side/ECM Panel, moderated by Art Hogan, hosted panelists from Barclays, Clear Street, William Blair, Robert W. Baird, and HBK Investments. The keynote featured career and workplace expert, Lindsey Pollak. Ms. Pollak is a NY Times bestselling author, international speaker, and “generational translator.”  She spoke to the group on the topic “The Remix: How to Lead and Succeed in the Multigenerational Workplace.”

In addition to the business portion, the conference offered traditional social events such as golf, fishing, a trip to the Escape Room, a sunset boat cruise around Tampa Bay, and beachside gatherings, providing opportunities for networking and leisure in the warmth of beautiful Florida sunshine.
